Piedmont Healthcare and Dr. Aluoch (Piedmont Eastside Rheumatology) accept a wide range of insurance plans. While the list below represents major carriers generally accepted, it is highly recommended that you verify your specific plan and network status by calling your insurance provider.

Verification Tips

Check Your Network: Insurance carriers often have multiple networks (e.g., PPO, HMO, Open Access). Even if a carrier is listed, your specific sub-plan must be in-network.
HMO Referrals: Remember that HMO plans require a written referral from your primary care doctor before your visit to Piedmont Eastside Rheumatology to avoid out-of-network charges.
Self-Pay Option: If we aren’t currently in-network with your insurance, you’re still welcome here! For your convenience, we collect the self-pay fee at the start of your visit.
